Try checking out Dr. Pearl in Los Angeles. He's had success treating older children for loss of external rotation.

Anyone had a tendon transfer plus ACR both at the same time with Kozin, Pearl or Waters? We're going to have it with our four year old son but I'd like to know the actual outcome anyone's experienced - especially in terms of how much higher they could lift their arm afterwards
