Re: pain from he!!

<r>Hi merv,<br/> I'm 49 years old and have obpi that affects the left arm. Your discription of your arm sounds very similar to how I would discribe mine. Well... I take the "no meds" route. Is it better then taking pain killers?... I don't know, but I don't want to take meds the rest of my life for ...

Re: Help! told we may not have a lawsuit

<t>Hi Anon,<br/> 1. Have you consulted with another lawyer to get a second opinion. There are mal-practice lawyer's sites on the internet. A few are posted to the link page of my yahoo group, ERBSBPP. <br/> <br/> 2. The full extent of the injury may not be obvious until some time has passed: a coupl...

Re: HELP HELP HELP!!!!!

<t>Hi Madmama,<br/> Can you explain a bit more about your situation, calmly? I got the "impending doom" part but take a deep breath, calm down and tell us what's going on. Medicine for post-traumatic stress: what was the traumatic event? If you thought the guy at Wal-Mart was harassing you why didn'...

Re: Didn't see it coming....

<t>Hello Dylecia, <br/> Yes your daughter probably believes that the pains she experiences are normal and therefore other people have pain similar to her own. I thought, well into my teens, that my "normal" friends also felt chest pains and back pains during our long bicycle rides. I didn't know tha...

Re: My heart hurts- Please help!

<t>Jenny,<br/> My heart goes out to you and your husband and to Elena. I have had my bpi since birth and am 49 years old now. Elementary school was a terrible experience for me mainly because there were so many things I couldn't do and I was not particularly good at anything that I could do. My fath...

Re: Brag Post

<r>Hi all,<br/> I just passed my CDL class A truck driver road test. I have very limited use of my short bent left arm, but I have enough use of the arm so that there are no restrictions on my CDL drivers license. I thought that bragging this news might give other obpi'ed folks some ideas if they ar...

Re: Where did everyone go?

<r>Hi Kath,<br/> I'm enrolled in a truck driver training course and haven't had much time for posting messages here or on my yahoo group ERBSBPP. The course is almost finished and when it is I'll be able to get more involved with posting on UBPN and also on my group. The purpose of my group, for any...

Re: Hearing Tests

<t>Hi Barbara,<br/> My bp injury occurred during birth. My ear canals are angled very differently. I discovered that when I was in my teens. If I very very gently put a Q-tip into the canal of each ear, the Q-tips point out of the ears completely differently. If anyone who reads this wants to try it...
