The diagnosis code that you gave me, my insurance company told me that it is coming up for a wheel chair. Do you have another code, because we are covered for it i just need the correct code. Thank you

The codes are correct. Your insurance company is wrong.

Thank you again for that info, they must have punched the numbers in wrong when i gave them the code. But any way we are covered for it, so i am happy about that.
