I have never used this firm myself, but I believe this is the firm that won a $13 million settlement for a BPI child a few years ago. It might be worth investigating the website and inquiring:

Yeah, tried them. I think they want to keep their settlements of the "slam dunk" nature & take 6 months + to reject your case.
