BPI getting worse?
BPI getting worse?
Hi,
I was wandering if anyone has experienced their TBPI injuries seeming to get worse, rather than better? I was in an accident 1 year and 8 months ago and I was told I might have a stretch injury. However, it seems like I am getting weaker and have more nerve issues in my arms.
THanks for your input.

Re: BPI getting worse?
I was told the same thing and that I should just "wait and see". I finally convinced my neurologist to let me see a BPI specialist and he determined that the injury was more than just a "stretch". I was able to get surgery and my BPI arm has improved immensely, though not even close to full recovery. See if you can get some tests done. They can tell if things are getting worse. Good luck.
