A New Therapy
This is kind of premature but I thought I would mention it. Our massage therapist told me about this man in Colorado thats has a patented therapy technique called "Repetitive Use Injury Therapy" and also "Muscle Realease Therapy". I contacted him and he said he would be interested in seeing if he could help our daughter with her obpi but he won't be in our area untill next year and there is no way we could go to him right now. So I thought I would let you all know about this possiblity especially those of you in Colorado. He did say he could help with bicep contracures which would be great. I also think this may be a great option for adults with this injury.
Here's his website www.mrtherapy.com
Let me know what any of you find out!

Re: A New Therapy
This sounds very similar to the therapy I have been getting since June...
Active RElease Therapy

It worked for me. But it requires a great deal of strength and it is not for the wimps of this world...
It is strong but did wonders for my elbow...
I was warned that no one should but extreme pressure on the neck in the area of the brachial Plexus that it is close to the surface... so that was not done...
But I thought the ART therapy did really help me a great deal.
