Yes,we did use a video. In fact we just settled our case today! We had the videographer ready and waiting. Apparently, our tape and the Drs. records didnt match. Our lawyer said if we didnt have this tape our case would be very weak.

Silly question but what exactly does the videographer do? Was he or she waiting and ready to play the video, interpret it, or what???

We did videotape unfortunately the tape "disappeared" from our camera while in the hospital!!!!

No video tape here either..however we have two different sets of medical records...the honest ones and the doctored ones !!!!

We have a picture of her arm right after she came out...looks real bad :(
