We used this on our daughter at age 2yrs old after her muscle transfer. We only used the unit for 6mo. She did not need it anymore.
The unit is a BMR NeuroTech, NT Medistim Plus.It has 2 channels and delivers 5 treatment programs. Tis unit has a load sense feature which checks the lead/electrode connection to the user. When a poor connection is detected, the unit pauses and the amplitude drops to 0.
When the treatment is completed it automatically turnes off.
Our insurance whould not pay for this, so we paid around $1700 for this unit. The starting bid is $600.00. It will be featured on Ebay starting on Sunday Jan 14 and run until the following sunday.
