- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: I am ROBPI, global injury, Horner's Syndrome. No surgery but PT started at 2 weeks old under the direction of New York Hospital. I wore a brace 24/7 for the first 11 months of my life. I've never let my injury be used as an excuse not to do something. I've approach all things, in life, as a challenge. I approach anything new wondering if I can do it. I tried so many things I might never have tried, if I were not obpi. Being OBPI has made me strong, creative, more determined and persistent. I believe that being obpi has given me a very strong sense of humor and compassion for others.

Thanks for letting us know. While we were praying for you, I were sitting on pins and needles wondering how you were doing. So glad your surgery went well. Rest up now so you'll be ready for that chemo. Still praying for you.

Jennifer,
I'm so glad to hear from you and so happy to hear the news! I'm sure this is still a lot to take, but at least some of the weight must be lifted!
Take good care of yourself and keep us posted as you are able to.
Our prayers are still with you for a full recovery!
Peggy

Thank you so much for taking the time to update us all. Lord knows you have a lot on your plate right now. It is very good news that it did not spread beyond what initially you were aware of. I keep you and and your family in my thoughts. I hope you have an easy healing process from the surgery.
