We have the Wii Mario Cart racing game for my 5 year old. It forces him to use both hands together on the Wheel... he has to supinate and because it's repetitive, it provides some strengthening. He also gets excited and when he's supposed to jump over ramps, he raises the wheel with both arms up by his head to make the car jump.
