BPI/Winged Scapula/TOS Survey
I am conducting a survey to gather information from anyone suffering from the above conditions.
I will tally the results and e-mail them to everyone who participated.
This survey is confidential and will not be used for any commercial purpose;simply to compare responses and possible get more insight into how this affects us.
If interested, please e-mail me by July 15 if you would like a copy sent to you to fill out.
I have 43 participants so far...hoping for at least 100 to get a good overall comparison.
Thanks
Nan

Re: BPI/Winged Scapula/TOS Survey
Paul,
Some people who have a bpi also have damage to the long thoracic nerve and this causes weakness, pain, inability to raise your arm above your head and the scapula (shoulder blade) sticks out like the wing of a bird.
I am only trying to find out right now who would be interested in answering some survey questions about this condition so I can compare notes and give everyone who fills in the survey a copy of the results.

Re: BPI/Winged Scapula/TOS Survey
I can not raise my hand/arm above my head or even with my shoulder.
My scapula sticks out like a chicken wing.
What to do next?

The original post about the survey is from 2002.. I doubt it is still valid or being done.
