United Brachial Plexus Network

Hi, I have a TBPI and am registered on the UPBN list. I received an E-mail from a lady in my town. Her daughter was just born with a brachial plexus injury. I would like to know who I should tell her to contact for information and suggestions. As far as I know, she is taking the infant to the Childrens Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. I think she should know exactly who to see and where to go, because she should be in contact with parents of OBPI's, also. Please help!! Thank you Rhoda
