softball
Hi all, does anyone have any tips on playing softball as far as hitting & catching. Which way would be the best way to get the most power on the ball using one arm. I'm right handed & lucky for me my bpi is on my left arm,so should I keep batting right? As far as catching is there any tips on the catch & throw that might be helpful?I did read the topic on golfing ,that was great. I hope to try that soon also.
please help,Drew

Re: softball
I saw a video clip a while back of a guy playing incredibly proficiently with one arm. He'd catch the ball with his hand gloved, then quickly place the ball under his chin, drop the glove and toss it. It was something worth seeing, because he had got it down to such a fluid action.
The other method is to catch the ball with your gloved hand, pop the ball up just out of the glove, toss the glove, catch the ball, and toss the ball!
It's just a matter of continual trial and error until it works (just like everything else).
Good luck!
***** Found some videos, not the 1st one I mentioned but the rest are great!
