Fl BCBS and tilt surgery

Anyone have any knowledge of Florida BCBS reimbursement for triangle tilt surgery? Need some assistance ASAP. Anyone having had any luck getting BCBS of FL to pay at a reasonable amount would be greatly appreciated. Daughter scheduled for June 19th, so time is ticking.
