I think a sling would be a quick fix to the problem. But as we all know quick is not always best but for this time it may be needed which is not a bad thing our adaptive equipment will always be a great help. If anything is getting stiff you should continue to stretch so you can get the max range of motion pt is the best way to go weather you do workouts alone or with helP witch would be better cause they can give resistance.

It is allways possible. To rider it how bad do you want it. I got back on again. Unfortuneatly I got into an accident due to the other driver.
