Does anyone know you can get a split that fits on your paralysed arm ( it has a frame that fits to your arm and body ) and you can get attachments that fit into a tool post in the palm of your hand to help you with things like that

I would recomend Karate i have a totally paralysed right arm and was a national champiopn in 1987 with this disability Ialso acheived the rank of black belt second dan and taught Karate for four years

Hello I'm new to this site and have got a question. Ihad my bike accident in 1979 (32 years ago )
which left me with a paralysed right arm but with bicep movement. Is it to late for surgical intervention ?
