Re: Video Taping of Births
When I went to the hospital to give birth to my daughter they told me I wasn't allowed to tape it OR take pictures. My video camera was on the table and my sister actually turned it on and it was angled PERFECTLY!! You could see the whole birth...I am so thankful she did that too because of what hap...

Re: Advice please
I know how unrealistic it is that I wanted her arm to be 100% after the surgery. I was just hoping is all! I appreciate all of your responses. I am still kind of new to all of this and i'm not sure what to expect. I am constantly telling Kelsey to use her right arm for everything and it's gotten to ...

Re: Mom looking for advice
I took my daughter to Shriners in Philadelphia to see Dr. Kozin. He was amazing. I have seen many people there from different countries. Please check him out, I couldn't have asked for a better Dr.

Re: Anyone near Rochester, NY???
I actually go through Monroe County Early Intervention for physical therapy and it is through Pia Stampe. She is very good. I will have to ask her about that
And Dr. Kozin is great. Did he mention anything about surgery yet?

Re: I have a new blog for my daughter
Your story sounds all too familiar to me. I took my daughter to Shriners and Dr Kozin did a tendon transfer and shoulder release surgery at 2 years old. He is by far the best Dr ever!!!! He will monitor your daughter every 3 to 6 months and determine whether or not he will do surgery when shes close...

Re: Tendon transfer Dec 18 w/Dr Kozin
My daughter just had the tendon transfer surgery on Oct 26th. I am a worried mother as well and was freaking out about it but it went AMAZING! My daughter bounced back the same day and never once complained about the cast. She just got her cast off on Monday and the incision is not even noticeable. ...
