Re: Surgery VS. No Surgery
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE. WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT SITUATIONS AND NEED TO MAKE THE BEST CHOICE FOR OUR CHILD.

Re: Sports
<t>I'm thrilled to hear of so many of our angels involved in sports. My daughter (ROBPI) started gymnastics at two years old with the blessing of the docs at TCH. After seeing the benefits, her aquatics therapist is recommending gymnastics to other BPI kids (as long as their shoulder is not dislocat...

Re: first time posting
<t>My daughter had the problem with apraxia. She had a speech therapist through early childhood intervention. She was much improved after about 6months of therapy. She still has a little trouble with certain words, but pretty age appropriate stuff. I think it is related, but I don't have proof.</t>

Re: Anger over staring..just had to vent
<t>I'm so sorry that happened to your family. I noticed many stares and head shakes while my daughter was in the sol splint. Ironically, I worked for CPS at the time. I did notice something kind of neat though, elderly people and children seemed to be very curious and did not tend to make assumption...

Re: Pictures or experience with TIRR
<t>My daughter had her first surgery at TIRR and her second at TCH. I understand TCH has remodeled and that our kids have private rooms, but it wasn't that way when we were there. For primary surgery, we toured the hospital(tirr) prior to surgery, met all of the nurses, they were wonderful, they mad...

<t>I wanted to share a little good news. My daughter <br/> Alex was at TCH for a check up yesterday. All good news, no surgeries, keep doing what we are doing etc. She showed off her gymnastics picture and her mini olympics trophy. She was so proud. Its was really nice to get some good news. Its kin...
