Re: Free Altered Clothes for Post-Surgery Girl
My daughter was 9 years old when she wore these clothes. I wanted to let anyone know that I have digital photos of these clothes that I would be happy to share. Email me at wstorms@comcast.net if interested.

Re: Free Altered Clothes for Post-Surgery Girl
<t>I'm so sorry that I don't have any digital photos of my daughter in her splint/clothes! We didn't have a digital camera at that time. I can tell you that the long sleeve of the injured arm was cut off and made into short-sleeve. Then the shirt was cut from the armpit to the waist and she reseamed...

Free Altered Clothes for Post-Surgery Girl
<r>Hi, my dear mother-in-law who used to be a seamstress altered quite a bit of clothing for my daughter when she had her Triangle Tilt surgery at age 9 (RIGHT BPI). It is clothing for cooler/colder weather (we are in Pennsylvania and the surgery was in January)...five long-sleeve cotton shirts in s...

Re: 5th grade science fair project
<t>How interesting...my fifth grade daughter just did the same thing! Her school had a science fair and her display (which was for a school grade) was on the brachial plexus and her life with Erb's Palsy. Although she has always described her injury to her class in the beginning of each school year ...

Re: Piano Lessons
<t>My daughter, age 10, has taken piano lessons for about 1 1/2 yrs. She is an unbelievably accomplished pianist. It is truly amazing to hear her play. Her piano teacher said that she has surpassed students that have been playing for 4 yrs. Perhaps this is a God-given gift of hers, who knows. But it...

Re: Texas Children's Hosp - Dr Shenak
Dr. Shenaq has worked with my daughter (age 10) since birth, and has performed four surgeries on her, including the mod quad. We live in Pennsylvania. While all children's injuries differ, our daughter has had wonderful results from these surgeries. He is a very good doctor. Best wishes.

Re: Pa. Lawyers
Hi, we live in Northeast PA and used a firm in Harrisburg, PA, Angino & Rovner. I believe they are ranked within the top 10 in the U.S. for personal injury firms (don't quote me on that!). We had very favorable results, although we did have a videotape.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Re: Video Clip of Dr. Kozin with Patient & Parents
<t>Hi, welcome to the board! You should post a message on this board asking for help and support. There are a lot of people in your position that come to this board regularly, but they may not have read this particular thread. I have a daughter with a birth brachial plexus injury, but many on the bo...

Re: Art Exhibit a Success
Thank you for organizing the event! My daughter submitted a piece of artwork and was so excited to hear that someone bid on it and took it home. I wish I weren't on the other side of the U.S. and could have attended!
