Thanks guys! It has a manual, but not a good one. I will probably need to ask my therapist. I just hate going to therapy so much. Trying to move on with life the best I can. Pain seems to be getting worse though. boo-hoo

New TENS unit and no instruction
I just rcvd my take-home TENS unit and have no idea how to use it correctly. Anybody have pointers and maybe some history on good or bad experiences?

Is it a procedure that can be done years after the injury or does it need to be within the first year or so after the injury? Just curious if there was a way to keep my arm away from my body even slightly. Might help the sweaty pit issue, huh?
