How long has the recovery lasted. It has been suggested for my daughter as well.

I have heard more opinions that it doesn't last it is helps at all.


I would love to hear your story as we might be looking into it again this year.

We had a mediator and I would recommend doing that. You don't have to agree but it is a good idea. A mediator is a neutral third party.

Make sure to have your attorney w/you.

Andrea from KC Childrens Mercy is excellent and we have gone to her tons of times. She is very much aware of this injury.

We almost gave up on ours. But through the grace of God we found a great attorney. Don't give up hope but realize that there is a time limit to file.

What state do you give birth in?

We settled this Thursday and I have to go back and see the judge w.in a month.

Alaina had the 3 D catscan and did not have to be put to sleep. She was a very brave little girl who was scared but did not move. She got candy afterwards!

the right thing by Alaina. It was a tough decision but from what I understand lawsuits w/brachial plexus injuries are hard to win.

I pray that I made the right decision. Of course is it not enough but it is something for her future.

last week. I am wiped out. A lawsuit is never something to into eyes wide shut. I knew that to begin with.

Today I seem to be more stressed out. I am doing this for my baby now almost 3 years old.
