Re: Matthew's palm was blue this morning

Re: Need some advice - NON BPI

<t>Jody, what you are feeling now is fear not anger. Fear and guilt that you are not going to properly convey the message to the teacher. I think an appointment is very appropriate. Discussing this when class was about to begin was not a good time. The teacher has a job to do, and I don't think she ...

Re: UBPN.ORG DOCTOR LISTINGS

<t>By the way, I think people are afraid to mention doctors etc because they are afraid that other people will get mad at the recommendation.<br/> <br/> Again, every person's experience with a doctor is individual and it is better to get some advice then no advice. If you don't like a doctor or grou...

UBPN.ORG DOCTOR LISTINGS

<t>The UBPN website will only post listings of doctors who fill out there questionnaire. I DO understand the rationale, however limiting the list DOES NOT help parents of newborns with BPI that need an evaluation. <br/> In fact, the limited list makes things even MORE DEPRESSING AND SCARY for new pa...

do a BPI clinic. We have not used him for surgery, but have seen him several times at clinic.

Re: Child eye exam-dilating bpi kid-am I paranoid?

<t>Actually it is just a thought I had. <br/> <br/> Also, as I was reading about phrenic nerve injury as it pertains to the diaphragm the pupil thing came up. <br/> <br/> So if the pupil is affected during a phrenic nerve injury, my line of reasoning was, well if the phrenic nerve is part of pupil c...

Child eye exam-dilating bpi kid-am I paranoid?

<t>My child will be starting kindergarten this year and will need a vision screening. I am a bit concerned about having her eyes dilated. She may phrenic nerve injury which is affecting her diaphragm and because<br/> of the brachial plexus nerve injury, I keep thinking that what if we dilate her pup...
