I agree with everything you posted, joyce. i found to be true for me too in mid 2005ish when i did pool excercises for 2 years. Walking Miss Lucy, my service dog, 5 times daily now takes alot/ enough excercise for me.we live in an apartment..

Great work both you Joyce and Tom. I no longer have strength and stamina for swimming or hot tub . the tub weary's (is this a word??) me out and it makes me very limp for a few hrs after getting out.

Dad,
No "therapy" with you and mom in water only have fun play games in water :toss across and catch/bat a ball or balloon back and forth using both hands, are examples but i bet you can make up family games too.

I was a Caseworker for 17 years and raised a son with multible birth anomolies corrected in 13 surgeries and left him with a few learning disabilities he has found a way around them.
