Re: ROLL CALL ( LURKERS TOO!!!!!!! )
Hi Pete - This is Nancy, Eric's mom. Eric's car accident was in July 2000. Left TBPI. I've tried to email you a few times but both attempts failed. I was wondering where in CT you are. He's in New Britain and we're in Coventry.

Re: What's the one item?
<t>Hi Ryan - Sorry it took awhile to get back to you - I wanted to respond because it was good to see the "old familiar screen name" again - I had to wait until I saw Eric to reply to this thread - it took him about 10 seconds to come up with "that blue grippy pad" - instrumental for holding things ...

Re: Have you been to Dr. Tiel?
<t><br/> Hello - My son had surgery with Dr. Tiel in 2000. He was 20 at the time and the surgery was about 3 months after injury. Avulsion of all 5 nerves with a slight possibility that there may have been a thread still attached at C5. Dr. Tiel did nerve transfers from the rib area. I CAN NOT belie...

Re: camp????
Hi Courtney -
Sorry - we won't be attending this year but really enjoyed meeting others at the last camp, attending the various presentations, and having a chat with Dr. B. when he came in from sailing. We'll be thinking of you this year.

I agree with Andrew's comment on the backpack link. You don't want to do anything that makes you different from the majority. Good idea for college though once the high school peer stuff is behind you.

Re: Bookbags & BPI
Hi all,
I like the Jansport model from lizzyb's link. That's what I was trying to describe above. I think it looks more adult than typical backpack and I don't blame John a bit for not wanting something that rolls along. Those are for air travel I think. Totally un-cool for school.
