Thank you Francine nice of you to reply but i live in Sydney,Australia.I guess i will have to ask the doctor for a lot more info.I don't know how benificial this surgery would be.

HAND SURGERY TO HELP ELBOW ???

<t>Had nerve transfers 12 months ago with very little success.The surgeon wants to operate on my hand muscles to stretch them past my elbow into the bicept.Apparently when i want to flex my elbow i make a fist and my arm will bend.Does anybody know of this surgery? If so please let me know,thank you...

<t>Alison,I've been given two names of doctors who have done surgery on bpi's.The first one is DR.Gschwind,that Steve mentioned.She is at the North Shore Private Hospital,St.Leonards in Sydney.The second is Dr.Michael Biggs at the Royal North Shore Hospital,also in St.Leonards.Hope this helps,Geoff....

DO BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS EFFECT PAIN?
