Thanks for your response...in Canada we have until two years of age to file suit and Cassidy has until her eighteenth birthday to file suit on her own.

In some states the statue of limitations is 2 years for the parents to file a suit but if this isn't done the child can do it when they turn 18yrs on behalf of themselves. Mare
