Hi Jennifer
My daughter had a similar problem about six months ago the Dr did an Ex ray and told us that because she was regaining some rotation of her shoulder the clicking sound was caused by the shoulder ball and socket rubbing against each other he said that the shoulder would be fine. and we really haven't had a problem with it for awhile now. I would deffinatly talk to your Dr and ask if Peyton needs an Ex-ray I hope that everything turns out ok let us know..
