My hair dryer holder took a very long time to deliver.

I wonder what is going on... it is a useful tool it took some time for me to get use to because old habits die hard... no more arm on the wall ... I still sometimes resort to useing my old compensations when I am in a hurry.

Thanks for the tip! I will also contact my credit card company to see if I can get a credit.

I ordered my hair dryer stand on 12-21-2003 the charge was sent through on my credit card 12-22-03, today is Feb 10, 2004 and I still haven't received my dryer stand. According to my cc you have been paid for this product that I still don't have. I understand that it might take 6 weeks for shipping but it has been 7 1/2
weeks. WHERE IS MY DRYER AND STAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You better contact the company you ordered it from... and see what they did... or at least tell your credit card company that you are protesting the payment to that company...
I waited a long time for delivery and could not get the so called "free stuff" but at least my holder arrived...

I also ordered the Hair Made on January 4. As of this date I have not received my package yet. The website says go to order status and they can tell you when it shipped. Hell, there is no "order stattus" on the website. I have emailed them numerous times and I get failed delivery from postmaster, what a joke. They also cashed my credit card of $47.97 on the 5th of January. I am relly steaming made!!!!!! I am at a loss of what to do. I guess calling the credit card company is the thing to do. But I really wanted the Hairmade because of a neck injury I have that makes it very difficult to hold the dryer let alone a brush with it. I have ordered so mant things over the internet and have had no trouble whatsoever. I am GOING to try and call them tomorrow. Ha Ha I can't wait to hear an excuse if I even get to talk to an individual instead of a computer. FRUSTRATED TOO

Well after I disputed the charge on my credit card someone from HairMade just called me last night and said that they would ship the item out today. When they told me what they were going to send me and it didn't match what I had originally ordered off their website I told them to FORGET IT!

I am having a similar problem. I ordered my hairmade package on January 7th and 8 weeks later still haven't received it. Customer service is automated and tells you its mailbox is full. I guess I'll do the same and call my credit card. What a disappointment.

I received my "Hairmade" stand after about 10 weeks. I ordered over the telephone but only to a computerized voice and never given an option to ask questions. I expected to pay $19.95 plus a fair shipping charge but was never given a total for my purchase, nor an order number or a review of what I had just purchased - not a very comforting feeling. Our credit card was billed for $44.95 and I did receive the stand, along with the free brushes and dryer. The stand is heavy duty and a real help for drying ones hair or grooming an animal - I don't regret the expenditure but I wish there was something that could be done to stop the false or misleading advertising.

I ordered two hairmade stands and they advertised that a bonus of hair dryer and two brushes was included. It cost me $64.84 and they did not send the bonus with the second stand. I am really upset that they are cheating me.
