My son is 1 in a half years old and he has not movement in his left arm at all, he is Global BP. He already had 1 surgery done when he was 4months and the only thing he can do right now is move his shoulder a little bit. Do you think that having Botox injections done would help him?

It doesn't sound like Botox would help your son much, if he has nearly no movement at all. YOu should ask his PT or MD, as not knowing what he is like, we can't really tell you much.
Botox paralyzes the muscle(s) and lets weaker ones work better/get stronger, but this means that there already is movement.
Try to get him evaluated to see if it would be beneficial.
