you need a attorney that knows how to fight this type of case . sounds like your attorney doesnt have any idea what BPI means. Look further for a better one . Only one chance at this stuff.

Regarding the "no needles" and "no blood-pressure readings" rules for BPI:
In the event of more severe BPI, the arteries and veins can be smaller and/or in different locations, due to lack of nerve/muscle recovery.
I don't believe this applies to kids with mild-moderate injuries. That said, I still didn't allow IVs into Joshua's BPI arm for his MRIs, I figure he has it hard enough without having any veins accidentally blown out.
