Has anyone had surgery with Dr Mehlman in Cincinnati?

I have been fighting with my insurance since February this year for my son to have surgery with Dr Nath and just got the final denial. I tried my local congressman, got multiple referrals, and still no luck. They have approved us to see the BPI clinic in Cincinnati and I was hoping someone else has used this surgeon? Please let me know! Thanks

My daughter had a consult with Dr. Melhman and his team just about a month ago. She goes back in a couple of weeks for MRI and EMG.

He seems a very competent doctor, very knowledgable with BPI. There were five doctors/therapists total who came in to see my daughter. The took photos in all positions to check her over. Also measured that day for body brace if surgery is recommended.

I hope you get some more posts on this facility and staff as I would like to know more too!

We have been taking our daughter there since May of 2003. The doctors there are really great. Allison is a very big help!!! Our daughter is scheduled for surgery next month. So far, we have had a really good experience with them. They really try to help you with whatever you need.
We had a real hard time with our insurance not wanting to cover surgery out of state. Her surgery was rescheduled 3 times last year. We have since gotten different insurance, and will hopefully have the surgery as scheduled.
There are about 5 doctors that see our daughter every time she goes in for a visit. They are all wonderful!
