Any New Treatments
Any New Treatments
Hello,
It has been a long time since I posted. It is nearly ten years since my RTBPI. I had on surgery and have regained a lot of use. I just can't raise my arm to my head, chest level is as high as it goes. The pain is still as new as when it happened. I have been using Fentaynl patches, 50 strength. My PCP can no longer handle chronic pain patients so I have to go to pain management , which I really can't afford. I am afraid with the way Medicare and insurance regulations are that soon the patch will not be avaiable to me. I have asked to be weaned off. The pain is increasing and will get worse, the less I use the patch. I have tried all the other meds avaiable but was wondering if anybody knows of any new treatments. Thanks, Rhoda
