it is a good booklet, tis a pity though that us aussies who would benefit from it, were not informed of it.

i also found it on the net, when i was looking for information as to see if my son who has not had physio for 2yrs(he is 4 and had a nerve graft at 1yr) was in need of more care.

I must admit that bruce was his surgeon and did a great job, but i wish they would practice what they preach!!

Sorry felt the need to vent.
