Need help with TES machine

We just purchased a TES machine for our daughter Julia, and we have been using it for the past three and a half weeks. We have had a lot of trouble keeping it working all night. She is a very restless sleeper, and I'm guessing that something comes unhooked during the night. I wrap Coban around her arm and back, where the electrodes are, and I put the machine in a "fanny" pack. I am hoping that someone who has had the TES unit will know some "tricks" that they would like to share with us. We have also had trouble just getting the machine to turn on. We can get one side to turn to her level 6, but the machine gives the "!" sign when trying to turn on the other side. We replaced electrodes, batteries, wires...and it was still doing it. I called our therapist, and she thought maybe the electode supplier was not up to par, and we just starting using a new electrode tonight. Has anyone had simuliar problems?

Sounds like you might want to contact the manufacturer and possibly replace the unit.
Also, do you have a rep following the placement/progress?
If so, ask them for suggestions. If not, contact the manufacturer with these problems, also.

Good luck!

I would definately give the supplier of the TES unit a call.

If you are using the foam pads, you might want to "crimp" the ends that plug into the lead wires. Use a small pliers and just pinch them to make the opening a little tighter of a fit.
Hope this helps.
