Hotel Question...

We are going to Houston 2/29-3/7 and at first made reservations at the Holiday Inn, but after reading stuff about it we decided to stay somewhere else. I just made reservations at the Marriott (where I wanted to stay in the begining). The only thing I have a question about is I cannot find anywhere where it says they have a shuttle to the Galleria and Rice Village. Anyone know anything about this?? Thanks.

Mariott has a shuttle and it's different than the holiday inn and crowne. You tell them where and when you want to go and they call one of their drivers and they take you in one of their hotel mini vans to where you want to go and will pick you up! personal service!

If you are allergic to down comforters and pillows, let them know so that they have regular blankets and pillows for you.

FYI... Marriot gives great discounts on weekend nights with the Entertainment Card. And also, they have a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.

We took a shuttle from there to Rice Village...but I can't remember how we got to the Galleria. It might have been a cab. However, I KNOW they have a shuttle to Rice Village.
How old is Kyle? My son Tyler, who is 8, loves the Marriott because of it's great indoor pool. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else! It's very convenient. There's a Subway right next door and a Starbucks right next door too.

We just stayed at the Marriott a couple of weeks ago and Francine is correct. You just tell the driver where you want to go and they take you and pick you up. It is a really nice service to have when you are staying there. I don't know what the parameters are for how far the shuttle will take you, so I would give the Marriott a call.
