I am very angry with the system at the momment. Our daughter Heather is 26mos. has had mod quad and has been labelled with a severe injury yet three law firms I have been in touch with have rejected our case because her injury is not "severe" enough. HELP with the frustration. I am at a lost. Ken Levine if you are out there please give me a call. 713-721-9957. We spoke before Christmas but in the rush your information was tossed. Anyone with suggestions, I am open to listening and following advise. In Texas her statue of limitation runs until she is 14.
