TES and E-stim

I am thinking about starting tes or e-stim with my daughter. Does anyone have a suggestion on a doctor or therapist in the northern wisconsin/minnesota area? how do I start this???

it will explain to you about NMES and TES and when you would do either...

(TES regrows atrophied muscle - NMES strengthens muscle)

also - tascnetwork has a list of "certified" TES therapists - they won't send the machine to anyone who has not had the training....
