Proclamation in my city!!

The mayor is going to read and present a Proclamation Thursday night in the city of Palm Bay, Fl. for awareness week. There should be a few kids there with me to receive it. I am still trying Jeb but I have not got a written response back yet.

I was just looking through the message board, My name is Kim and was just discovered that I am not the only one with this problem.. What has happened with the Proclamation???
