Still looking for some info.

I am still trying to find which direction to pursue in
trying to find a diagnosis for Abbie's condition.

One thing I've noticed with the posting is the reference to injuries at birth. Abbie was delivered
c-section. She was breech and they had tried to turn her two weeks before the delivery but weren't successful. The c-section seemed to go well. Which is one thing that puzzles me about Abbie's condition since we don't have a tramatic birth or obvious injury
to point to.

We didn't notice anything at birth. But Abbie was having trouble breathing so of course all of our attention was focused on that. Her lung had collapsed and she had pneumonia. She was admitted to the neo-natal intensive care unit and placed an a respirator. We never noticed anything different with her arm or her torticollis while she was in the neo-natal unit. But then we couldn't pick her up for the first four days and when we were able to hold her she had a board on her left arm to stablize an IV that delivered her medicine. It was after the board was removed that I noticed her arm just would hang limp.

While she was in the neo-natal unit she had a de-saturation episode. She didn't stop breathing but
her oxygen level dropped very low and she turned grayish in color.

I don't know if any of these things mean anything or
relate to Abbie's condition. But if anyone recognizes
anything in what went on with Abbie's experience that
would give me some direction I'd really appreciate
the feedback. I posted a few days regarding the doctors and tests she has had.

Thanks!

Carrie
