Need Lawyer ( South Jersey)

Hi Kelly here. Haven't been here for awhile. We had a lawyer reviewing our case. Well he finally came to a conclusion. Said there wasn't enough damage done to prove the doctor of wrongful doing. My son had primary surgery almost 8 months ago. He had neuroma on C5 and C6 and scar tissue on C7. I need to find a new lawyer. Any advice on my situation or a Doctor would be great.
