I've taken my 10 year old to see Dr. Waters and Dr. Kozin (both of whom I have tremendous respect for and both saw my daughter as a baby). Both doctors said she would benefit from surgery; however, Dr. Waters said Osteotomy and Dr. Kozin said Capsule Release. I'd like to hear from parents whose children have had one of these procedures and get your feedback on it.
