Running with a TBPI

Hi folks

New to forum so thought I'd say hi with a few pics.

My injury came about as the result of a car vs. motorbike situation in 2002. It took a while but I got back to endurance sports, in particular, running. But the pics will show some of the other stuff I get up to.

When I was recovering from injury I had over a year where I couldn't do any sport. For me it was a living hell. So this is really for anyone else going through that. It may not seem like it at this point, but stay focussed and you can achieve a heck of a lot.

Garrett

This statement comes up a lot for me when explaining where I once was compared to where I am now, and I couldn't agree with it more. It is through endurance (focus) that we can and will achieve a heck of a lot. Thanks for sharing the excellent photos!
