Hey everybody! Just curious who all wears a splint at night to help elbow contracture. I wear a Dyna Splint. I also wanted to know if anybody gets pretty bad pain after they wear it? In the middle of the night I tend to take my splint of, and have no memory of doing so in the morning. Well, for the past three nights I have somehow managed to keep it on. This morning I took it off and had TERRIBLE pain all through my arm. I do not have pain, so my mom told me she doesn't want me wearing it until she can call a doctor. However, I thought the pain may just be because everything in my arm is being stretched. If anybody else experiences this please let me know!
