Looking for a Lawyer in MN

Hi,
I have a daughter now three that suffered from a BPI. She had 1 complete evulsion,one fuctioning evulsion and another servere strech of her nerves. We sought out a lawyer just over a year ago that thought we had a very strong case but today told us they were dropping the case. The lawyers had consulted Dr. Edith Gurewitsch who stated we had a stong case but as recent as June had testified in a case stating the evulsion can happen when a Dr. is within the standard of care. So now our lawyer doesn't think there is much of a case.
What do you think? Do you know of any knowledgable lawyers in MN with regards to this injury?
