helo to every one
i want to ask if someone know what it the maximum time to recovery TBPI ?
i know that is like 2 years and if there is no significant improvement so there is tanthing else do do ,because the muscles die alrdy and the tendon shrink and will never be the same.

yeh i believe you are correct and the window of opportunity for reinnervation is 2 years. but i do believe that surgeries such as gracillis muscle transfer surgery and the like, can be seen as viable alternatives; i guess this is very dependant on your injuries... in my case for instance, if my distal bypass surgery on my deltoid failed, then i think this was a alternative for my deltoid, even after the 2 year window of opportunity.
