Hi everyone!
We just got home tonight. Shane had primary surgery at TCH and he did great! They had to do nerve grafting to the C5 & C6 nerves. They cleaned up all scare tissue and the surgery could not of gone better! You would never know he had surgery by the way he acts. We are so glad we went to Texas. The staff was great. It was just a positive trip!
We got to meet Marnie and family! (hope Payton is doing well, he is a trooper) Sorry we didn't get a chance to say good bye.
Anyone going to TCH soon rest asured, your child will be in the best hands before, during and after surgery!

So glad things went well and that you are all home safe. Now comes the waiting..... this time period after primary is hard - waiting for movement to come in. But the gift for waiting is just wonderful! You'll see!

It's so good to read how well Shane's surgery went. My granddaughter will be having surgery at TCH on Aug. 14, and it was encouraging to see your message.
