Hey guys, I just made my first website and want your input. It is for the Judo Club I belong to. I am a big advocate of judo for BPi's because it is very easy for us to do as it is mostly grappling, tugging, pulling etc..
I am the psycho looking brown belt on the member's page.(I was being asked a question while the camera shuttered, and was trying to conceal my double chin at the same time.)
Anyway, let me know what you think.

Hey,
I have a RTBPI and am in a lot of pain right now still (just happened in Dec 08).
I want to get active though and do something. I have been pretty scared though as moving around a lot aggravates my pain. I keep hearing martial arts is good though... do you think you could expand upon it at all. Does it help with muscle strengthening or coordination in affected arm? Is it something I should wait much longer before trying? Etc.
Thanks

Dude, that is something you will have to ask your doctor, I can only tell you that before I even attempted judo, I'd make sure that I was completely healed and pain free. Judo is as tough a sport as you can do, and if you stick with it, you will definately get strength training. I'd just make sure I was as healed up as possible before even getting started, and I'd make sure I asked my doctor.
