I'm a CST practitioner (since 1993). CST is great but Koren Technique is way better and fast to achieve results. Email me if you want more info: francine@litzfamily.com

Yes, Rick had cranial sacral therapy. Having an understand of the concept of it, I was all for it. When his therapist started doing sessions in the therapy pool, I was amazed. When he first floated in the water on his back you could see how unbalanced his body was - his bad arm weighed his body down. But, slowly, as his session continued, his body was floating evenly in the water. The heaviness left his body and some twitching took place in his fingers.

He's had surgery and just now getting back to therapy, but we're not doing CST this time around, his therapist, unfortunately, became quite a complainer, and it was not relaxing, nor effective anymore.

Kim - just read this post and if water was the venue that worked best for your husband then find a WATSU practitioner. There are many WATSU practitioners who do CST. I just emailed you about the other stuff.... I'll send you another email about WATSU.
