i had car accident 3-29-07 have avulsions of c6, c7, c8,and t1 i had no surgeries last through i started being able to move my wrist somewhat and today can move my index finger slightly. there r no specialist for bp injury in my state. so i m wondering is my arm trying to come back. and i still have the pain but i think thats trying to ease up to. any comments or suggestions.

Just stretch in a doorframe and do what you can to attemt to recover. I'll never give up no matter how unlikely they tell me it is to happen. I still have pain often, I just have to ignore it. I hope your's is trying to come back. I notice little improvements, however slight. Mine happened 9/23/07. But keep the joint loose and flexed, get in water whenever possible, as the weightlessness will assist, and use whatever working muscle you have to assist the non working in hopes to recover them.
