now that i am lucky and very gratfull to have mussle inervation again, at least enough to notice some new mussle growth comming back, i was wondering if there is any type of pills or medicine that would help promote more mussle growth than my body already does naturly. like anobolic steriods but that ofcourse does have its downsides. and if steriods would help in promoting more mussle growth to try and get back to "normal" what are your views on taking them?

I would stay away from steroids. Too much going on with them.
You might look into Creatine- or ask your Doctor. I have not used it, and only looked it up on the internet. The claims are that it can help with muscle growth.

and make sure you are getting enough protein. Maybe start taking a protein supplement like wey powder
